- Pursue new business opportunities through proactive communication with customers.
- Service existing customers and respond to new sales enquiries to support external sales team.
- Promote sales by differentiating company products and services.
- Liaise with external sales to ensure timely follow-up on outstanding quotes and orders.
- Ensure customers are informed about pricing, products, and delivery.
- Review outstanding orders and communicate with customers about delivery timelines.
- Interact with factory and warehouse regarding production progress and stock availability.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating and developing solutions.
- Monitor customer service quality and report issues to external sales.
- Monitor competition and gather market information on pricing, products, and delivery lead times.
- Ensure customer information is complete and up-to-date in the company's system.
- Understand and implement pricing structure as required.
- Establish stock availability and pricing for customers.
- Process sales orders and communicate with other departments as needed.
- Buy-out stock to ensure optimal source and cost.
- Communicate with customers and other departments to ensure order execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Assist directors in general management as required.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of company products.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and inspire quality improvements.
