    Description

    Exciting times are ahead for this global food giant headquartered in Germany - importer and distributor for coffee machines and hot beverage services and they are looking for high caliber sales professionals to play key roles in the Western Cape (City Centre - Southern Suburbs) as they invest and grow as a business. The role entails acquiring new business through cold calling and conversion of prospective customers to actual sales. Achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Target Achievement:

    • Achieve individual sales target for new business and customer acquisition

    Cold calling:

    • Ability to acquire new clients
    • Ability to up-sell and cross–sell
    • Strong focus on acquisitions
    • Ability to source and convert own leads

    Customer Relationship management:

    • Responsible for developing relationships with prospects
    • Successfully converting leads into signed contracts

    Reporting:

    • Provide accurate forecasting on weekly and monthly sales pipeline
    • Provide daily activity and sales report
    • Up-to-date reporting on marketing leads provided
    • Reports to be submitted within the timeframes required


    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Matric / Senior Certificate or equivalent (Minimum)
    • Proficient in MS Office (All packages)
    • No Criminal Record
    • Must have at least 1-2 years' experience in dealing with Corporates & SME sales with a track record of acquiring new customers
    • Own reliable transport
