- Administer, Monitor and report on requests from and to Service Providers.
- Monitor and report on Desktop support cases.
- Administer, monitor and report on Procurements.
- Administer, monitor and report on the office's physical security systems (What are they supposed to do here?).
- Internal audits of hardware and software.
- Assist with external ICT audits.
- Document, implement and maintain processes with service providers according to SLA's.
- Document, implement and maintain inter-departmental processes.
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports as and when requested.
- Attend to queries or inquiries within the required timelines.
- Provide assistance to internal clients and service providers where necessary.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Build and maintain supportive relationships both internally and externally.
