  • We are seeking an experienced

Requirements:


  • Minimum NQF level 4 Year Diploma in Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 5 years in IT Support and Administration experience post qualification
  • Completed certification of MCSE, N+
  • Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 2008 R2, MSOffice Legacy and 365, Pandaware, Sophos, VMWare and PRTG
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work outside of regular business hours, as needed
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), are a plus.

  • Servers
  • Workstations
  • Portable computers
  • Printers
  • MFP Devices
  • Backup and restore processes. Onsite and Cloud
  • Asset Management

2. Microsoft Knowledge and Support

  • Microsoft Software installation and support
  • E-Mail Communication management and support
  • Backup and recovery services
  • Microsoft Server OS Installation, management and support
  • Microsoft Active Directory design, implementation, management and maintenance

Security Management

  • Data management (Sharing, Security, and Locations: Local and Cloud)
  • IT Security and Protection Services and support
  • Ransomware, Malware and Virus management (Pandaware etc)
  • Firewall management (Sophos)
  • VPN management

4. VoIP Management

  • Vendor Management (Cipherwave)
  • VoIP Services and support
  • MikroTek
  • Cipherwave Unified Comms
  • Handset support

5. Network Management

  • Network design
  • Network implementation and support (Cabling, Switches, Routers)


  • Vendor management

  • Cipherwave, Vodacom, etc
  • Wi-Fi setup and management
  • Network documentation
