Job Purpose:

A Professional first point of contact, provide support in ensuring efficient and effective running of the office administrative activities.


Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:


  • Administrative (Speaks to Travel, office admin and Adhoc)
  • Operational efficiency (Facilities)
  • Customer Service (speaks to reception part)
**- A Diploma in Business or Management

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Computer literate including MS Office Applications e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • 13 years of experience in a similar role an advantage
