  • Marketing administration 60%
  • Prepare quotes for BDM
  • Internal teambuilding, birthdays or special events, campaigns.
  • Arrange and administer events (seminars, workshops, exhibitions, etc)
  • Database capturing and screened contact details for targeted clients
  • Update information for renewal of existing clients
  • Coordinate content and layout of Enewsletters
  • Communication with and administration of our Associates
  • Competitor/pricing research
  • Social Media posting
  • HR administration (eg. collation and loading of timesheets, leave forms, training, etc) 5%
  • Manage administrative functions of office
  • Liaison & oversee service providers, inventory control, orders, petty cash, fire officer, bookings flight, car rental, accommodation 25%
  • Collection of outstanding invoices 5%
  • Oversee receptionist 5%

Qualifications and Experience:


  • 3 years relevant working experience
  • Relevant Post matric qualification
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must be able to multiskill
  • Efficient, reliable and strong attention to detail
  • Drivers licence and own car preferable
  • Quarterly performance bonus
  • Travel and expense reimbursement
