3years- Marketing administration 60%
- Prepare quotes for BDM
- Internal teambuilding, birthdays or special events, campaigns.
- Arrange and administer events (seminars, workshops, exhibitions, etc)
- Database capturing and screened contact details for targeted clients
- Update information for renewal of existing clients
- Coordinate content and layout of Enewsletters
- Communication with and administration of our Associates
- Competitor/pricing research
- Social Media posting
- HR administration (eg. collation and loading of timesheets, leave forms, training, etc) 5%
- Manage administrative functions of office
- Liaison & oversee service providers, inventory control, orders, petty cash, fire officer, bookings flight, car rental, accommodation 25%
- Collection of outstanding invoices 5%
- Oversee receptionist 5%
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 years relevant working experience
- Relevant Post matric qualification
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Must be able to multiskill
- Efficient, reliable and strong attention to detail
- Drivers licence and own car preferable
- Quarterly performance bonus
- Travel and expense reimbursement
