    About the Role:

    As a Social Media Marketing Manager at our agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for our clients.     Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and agency goals.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Visme.
  • Scheduling and Analytics: Utilise social media scheduling platforms to plan and execute content calendars. Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community through active engagement, responding to comments, and initiating conversations.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to enhance social media strategies and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and innovative content.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on social media performance, highlighting successes and proposing improvements.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate directly with clients, understanding their needs, and aligning social media efforts with their business objectives.

    Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media management.
  • Skills: Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Visme, and various social media scheduling platforms.
  • AI Proficiency: Expert understanding of AI tools and their application in social media strategies.
  • Creativity: Bring a creative flair to content creation and innovative campaign ideas.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in client interactions and teamwork.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving trends and algorithm changes on social media platforms.
