- Provide administrative and customer service support to real estate clients
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with the preparation of documents and contracts
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Monitor and update customer databases
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
