    What you will do:

    • Manage and enhance the company's brand image, fostering strong brand awareness
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Plan and deliver external PR, Trade Marketing and social platform communications in line with current business activities
    • Oversee CSI, Research, Sales Support, Design, Event Management and Trade Marketing
    • Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Director and Business Unit Heads to optimise media performance on all company products
    • Continuously analyse media spend to identify trends and opportunities for growing share of advertising spend
    • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and changes in the dynamic digital marketing landscape
    • Foster a customer-centric mindset throughout marketing initiatives
    • Develop internal marketing strategy
    • Work with the development teams on market research for new products
    • Manage the marketing and creative Team, ensuring the highest performance in lateral, creative, innovation and strategic thinking for the Street Pole Ad medium
    • Provide lateral and strategic solutions to sales problems
    • Develop and promote case studies
    • Build and lead a team that upholds excellence and professionalism
    • Adapt to changes in algorithms, trends and technologies within the dynamic digital landscape

    Digital Marketing Experience:

    • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Enhance the company's online visibility through content optimization
    • SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Develop and manage effective search engine advertising campaigns
    • Social Media Marketing: Strategically create and manage content on various social media platforms
    • Email Marketing: Design and execute impactful email campaigns
    • Content Marketing: Develop and distribute valuable, relevant content
    • Analytical Skills: Analyse data from digital marketing channels for informed decision-making
    • ROI Analysis: Evaluate the return on investment for various marketing campaigns
    • Digital Tools Proficiency: Understand and interpret data from tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics and email marketing platforms

    What you must have:

    • Minimum of 10 years of strategic marketing experience
    • Relevant tertiary diploma in marketing studies
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the media and advertising industry
    • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a marketing department
    • Proficiency in Media, Data Research and Creative Tools (e.g., Nielsen's AdEx, Lightstone, BrandMapp)
    • Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing expertise
    • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
