    Salary

    R65,000 - R80,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

    How you'll role

    As the Commercial Lead you will possess a deep understanding of and empathy for the challenges faced by unemployed and under-employed women. You will have a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and a passion for driving meaningful impact.

    What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for the business, aligning with the company's mission and values
  • Build and inspire a diverse team to achieve organisational goals and objectives
  • Oversee the financial management of the venture, ensuring sustainability and responsible resource allocation
  • Cultivate partnerships and secure capital to support the growth and expansion of the company
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community members, partners, and funders
  • Collaborate with the current CEO while having full autonomy in growing and developing business

    • What you'll need

  • Track record of raising capital
  • Experience working in the tech industry, with a good understanding of digital platforms and tools
  • Strong experience in leadership roles, with a track record of bringing ideas to life and driving growth
  • Demonstrated understanding of and empathy for the challenges faced by unemployed and under-employed individuals, particularly women of colour
  • Passionate about purpose-driven work and committed to making a positive impact in the community
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders
  • High capacity with an ownership mindset
  • Focused and accountable to deliver against key objectives
  • A collaborative and inclusive leadership style
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to change
