Logistics and Export Coordinator:Duties:
-Weekly transport planning for Road freight (cross border) , Key Accounts and Sea freight markets.
-Monitoring picking and dispatch status daily with warehouse team and ensuring that
customers are aligned with deliveries
-Raising Purchase requisition/Purchase Orders/Goods Receipting on SAP and ensuring that suppliers are paid on time monthly – align with accounts payable where queries arise
-Managing export POD`s
-Work in line with Commercial manager to make sure customer issues are mitigated and
resolved at all times
-Processing claims for all export customers
-Weekly reporting of missed sales / customer service levels to Export manager to assist with improving 
 service levels
-Assisting Executing sea freight shipments to Africa markets
-Executing road freight shipments daily for Namibia and Key Accounts
-Responsible for accurate production planning of export products to meet customer needs and stock 
freshness on a weekly basis.
-Accountable for supply chain planning, and execution of Export Salty Snacks  to cross border customers in Sub-Sahara Africa
-Ensure Simba exports are compliant with export requirements in terms of SARS, Exchange Control and other controlling bodies.
-Continuously lead the review of Export systems and procedures to optimize and drive supply chain 
-Ensure all P2P’s are captured and processed timeously and accurately.
-productivity and Transport Requirements to Cross Border Customers.
-Processing customer Purchase orders making sure the order is fully delivered in the agreed lead time.
-Responsible for Cross Border clearing and Sea freight: SAD500, COCs, Manifest declarations, COAs.
-Responsible for Invoicing/Scan POD and archive all relevant documents
-Liaise with Production planners/Demand Planners/replenishment planners and Freight forwarders
-Investigate of customer complaints and implementation of corrective actions daily
-Responsible for total sales order cycle for cross border customers

Advance Certificate: Supply Chain Management (NQF Level7): Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Negotiation, Global Sourcing, Research Project for supply chain.

Btech: Retail and Business Management: Strategic Management, Category Management, Financial Management, Adv Marketing and Research Methodoloy.
