- Spearhead the development and implementation of the CNH Industrial Construction Segment Strategy for South Africa;
- Lead, coach and develop the Construction Segment team;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow volumes and profit on whole goods, parts and service activities
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Liaise with central Marketing/Communication and Product Marketing departments to ensure brand consistency
- Ensure successful new product launch
- After market (Parts and Service)
- Coordination of activities with central CE segment functions
- Coordination of all needed activities with corporate and legal entity functions (HR, legal, compliance, finance, CNH Capital, network development), as well as representing CE segment in the local LE management team and coordinating activities in this area with the Managing Director of CNHi AG & CE: South Africa.
- Preferred degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- English: fluent
- Afrikaans: fluent
- Extensive leadership experience in leading a sales organization
- Extensive experience within Construction Equipment industry
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Result driven approach

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced leader to contribute to Construction Segment sales and profit objectives in South Africa. Your accountabilities include the responsibility of four branches, supervising sales (direct B2C and indirect B2B) of whole goods and parts, marketing and network development activities, as well as aftermarket service support.
As a General Manager of CE operations in South Africa, the successful candidate should use creativity and thorough knowledge of industry and sales and aftermarket processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.
