Duties:

- Returns by raising claims and logging investigation tickets
- Daily follow ups on delivery status of orders and collection of stock for claims raised and status
of investigation tickets logged

Duties:
- Taking inbound calls and login the case
- Dispatching of cases verifying if the client has cover
- Following up on case assistance till the client has been assisted
