    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Source, screen, and interview engineering candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking , and referrals.
    • Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of potential hires.
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including evaluating technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
    • Manage the end to end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer
    • negotiations andonboarding assistance.
    • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand the engineering talent landscape.
    • Provide an exceptio nal candidate experience by delivering timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, engineering recruiter, or similar role.(advatange)
    • Deep understanding of engineering roles, technical skills, and industry specific qualifications.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rap port and establish trust with candidates
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex offer discussions.
    • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools.
    • Self motivated and driven, with a pass ion for delivering exceptional results.
    • Adaptability to changing priorities and the dynamic nature of talent acquisition.
    • Strong attention to detail and organization.
