Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at Humres.

As a key member of the marketing department, you will play an integral role in enhancing the agency's online presence, brand awareness, and engagement within the construction and engineering sectors.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a budding marketer to contribute to a niche industry while developing valuable skills in digital marketing, social media management, and industry-specific outreach.

Additionally, you will collaborate on the integration of AI strategies to optimize our marketing efforts.


Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:

• Assist in the creation and execution of social media strategies to effectively showcase the agency's expertise in construction and engineering recruitment.
• Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Monitor industry trends and news to proactively engage with relevant content and discussions, increasing the agency's online visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and shareable multimedia content, such as graphics, videos, and articles.

Content Creation:

• Support in crafting compelling and informative content for the agency's blog, website, and social media channels, highlighting industry insights, job opportunities, and recruitment trends.

Campaign Development:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote specific job opportunities, services, and events related to the construction and engineering sectors.

Brand Awareness and Outreach:

• Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
• Engage with industry influencers, professionals, and relevant online communities to expand the agency's network and foster relationships.
• Monitor online reviews and respond to inquiries on social media platforms to maintain a positive online reputation.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns, content engagement, website traffic, and other relevant marketing metrics.
• Prepare regular reports detailing key performance indicators and provide insights to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
• Basic understanding of the construction and engineering sectors, or a willingness to learn about the industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style for different platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, video editing and AI tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Enthusiasm for staying uptodate with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Salary:
