Recruitment Manager - Johannesburg, South Africa - Fempower Personnel
Description
Diploma or equivalent qualification- 10 to 15 years covering recruitment strategy and operations, within a recruitment agency environment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience, at Management level, responsible for ensuring the running of a profitable business with bottom line accountability
- Knowledge of managing diverse recruitment teams with a focus on innovation and highquality delivery.
- Extensive experience in generalist permanent recruitment including technical vacancies i.e. artisans, engineers etc.
- Proven success in securing diverse business contracts ,delivering impactful results and successful branch / operations within the Permanent placement environment
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), the TES industry, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Bargaining Councils and Sectoral Determinations
- Ability to conduct presentations to secure contracts / service level agreements (SLA)
- Valid drivers' license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
