Position:              Business Development Manager

Company:           Digital Pursuit - Contract

Period: 1 September 2022 – current

*Responsible for delivering growth in revenue from existing customers and on-boarding new customers. Responsible for new business growth and the Channel Business team within Digital Pursuit.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing Integrative Negotiation skills to ensure win-win partnerships with new & existing clients.
  • Continuously generate strong pipeline that supports the achievement of assigned quota R800k GP per quarter. 
  • Provide management activities such as sales call reports, updating the sales and marketing database, timely forecast and expense reporting and insight.
  • Forecasting accurate revenue targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and achieving those forecasted targets.
  • Ability to uncover customer business pain points and KPI’s that are established to meet their business objectives.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in meeting with C-level key decision makers to obtain executive sponsorship in pursuit of the sale. 
  • Own the sales process end to end, including preparation of quotes and proposals for solutions.
  • Prepare account plans for customers.
  • Position the Digital Pursuit value proposition, demonstrating business benefits and ROI differentiating Digital Pursuit from its competitors.


Position:              Channel Development Specialist 

Company:           Intdev Internet Technologies

Period: 1 September 2020 to 31 July 2022 

*Responsible for building a new sales model utilizing dealer development and direct sales to scale a new business model to grow the Intdev/Vodacom business. 



Onboarded over 70 new dealer partner relationships in the first 9 months. 

  • Negotiated and completed national dealer agreement adding 30 referral agencies. 
  • Generated R147,000 in Monthly Gross Revenue in referral volume in the first 6 months.
  • Closed R550,000 net new monthly recurring gross revenue within 10 months.
  • Implemented and executed a dual sales model using wholesale and direct sales business strategy to leverage the dealer channel development.
  • Secured net new Centravoice dealer and fostered relationships with key accounts, including: KUSTEK IT, ARISTORSTO VISTA, FORB-FORBTECH (PTY)LTD, DG Stores and Fixed Mobile.
  • Ensure that all dealers have Signed Dealer contracts in place.
  • Agree and set quarterly targets with all the assigned dealers.
  • Arranged training to all the dealers, their sales staff, back office, finance to ensure compliance with their Dealer Agreements.
  • Manage monthly Dealer rebate payments due to all assigned dealers.
  • Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives to drive Revenues and protect the margin.
  • Plan and schedule weekly lunch and learn for net new Dealers. 
  • Plan and schedule Quarterly Business Reviews with all Dealers.


  • Responding to all relevant Tenders.
  • Arranging pricing from all relevant stakeholders
  • Working with Bid Office, Distribution, OEM’s, Solution Architect to put together the Tender packs to be ready before submission dates.
