    Job Description

    Anticipated Contract Length/End Date: 6 months with potential to extend

    Our client in the technology sector is in search of a Marketing Lead to play a strategic role across business units, leveraging Centre of Excellence (CoE) expertise and shared services to execute unit strategies. This position involves managerial responsibilities, including shaping direction, resource management, and KPI-based adjustments.

    What you will do:

    • Deliver a quarterly plan that aligns marketing focus and resources to deliver on business performance goals.
    • Improve operating leverage by adhering to best practice, leverage shared services and align spend to deliver maximum impact.
    • Classify and track spend within the guidance provided.
    • Identify, attract, and retain marketing resources, both generalists and specialists, to deliver on the established goals and strengthen operating model.
    • Draw on CoE and Shared Services teams to complement existing skills to meet specific goals and execute effectively.
    • Approach the changes in the operating model with an open mind to try new ways of doing things.
    • Commit to making the model work through open communication and problem solving – we are one team.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Relevant certifications or training in marketing strategy, analytics, or digital marketing.
    • Proven experience in marketing roles, with experience in leadership positions.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
    • Strong track record of managing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Deep understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and techniques.
    • Proficiency in market analysis and segmentation.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
    • Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.
    • Familiarity with branding, positioning, and messaging strategies.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
    • Product Marketing experience is mandatory.
    Additional Information

    Please note: the successful candidate will work in-office in Woodmead area 3 days per week, working remotely for the remainder of the week.

    Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.
