I am a wife, mother and career driven woman. I have a great love for my family and my decisions and actions have their best interest at all times. It is challenging to balance all 3 of my passions but as a strong, driven and successful individual, I have and will continue to achieve my personal goals which is to give my son the best education, travel the world and climb that corporate ladder.

I am a leader and people manager with 19 years’ experience in the automotive and industrial industries with a background in leading cross-functional teams, instituting training programs and developing business, marketing and branding initiatives. Managing parts ordering, stocking and distribution to dealers and branches locally and into Africa. 
I have sxperience in developing professional rapport with national and international suppliers and OEM's and leading strategic negotiations to achieve business goals. Continuous process improvement expert with a reputation for implementing company-wide ERP systems and process changes to drive profitability, increased OEM parts revenue, gross profit and reduce parts stock losses and working capital.

In 2019, I complete a postgraduate diploma in Management practice, NQF 9, attained through Henley Business School and in 2013, I completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
