My Client who is an established manufacturing and engineering company in the East Rand is looking for a CNC Lathe, Setter/Operator to join their team.


Must come from a Steel Manufacturing background with 4-5 years' experience in a Machine-shop, CNC Turning environment. You will be responsible for operating, programming and setting of various CNC lathe machines.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Programming the machine.
  • Set and operate CNC lathe machines to perform tasks such as drilling, tapping, turning etc.
  • Operating the machine.
  • Maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Work overtime from time to time.
  • Read and understand technical drawings.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to read drawings.
  • Adjusting of programs to suit material

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R R80.00 per hour
