My Client is looking for a Stores assistant. Experience working in a warehouse or logistics & transport sector, Packaging (building crates for goods to be transported/shipped)Duties & Responsibilities:
- Have a valid code 10 driver's license
- Computer literate (Advantage)
- Packaging (building crates for goods to be transported/shipped)
- Knowledge of measuring equipment such as vernier callipers and measuring tapes.
- Numeric and mathematical literacy
- Forklift experience and a valid forklift license (Advantage)
- Strong planning skills
- Willing to work day/night shifts and overtime as required
- Have experience working in a warehouse or logistics & transport sector
- SKIILLS:
- Knowledge of bolts nuts (fasteners)
- Knowledge of hydraulic seals / gaskets
- Background in the valve manufacturing / engineering sector would be advantage.
- Salary range up to R40.00/hour
