    Description

    Location: East Rand, Gauteng

    Pre-requisite - Automotive Industry experience

    SALES:

    • Ensure exceptional Customer service.
    • Surpass sales targets and motivate internal sales staff to reach individual goals.
    • Keep internal sales staff informed and inspired with product knowledge.
    • Implement effective incentive programs.
    • Offer sales training when needed.
    • Spot new market opportunities and enhance our service.
    • Suggest price adjustments for enhanced competitiveness.
    • Provide timely quotes to Customers.
    • Handle credit notes and claim reports efficiently.
    • Promote the Company's brands effectively.
    • Regularly visit Customers.
    • Offer weekly updates on dealt matters.
    • Maintain Customer credit limits.
    • Ensure Debtors adhere to credit limits.

    STOCK:

    • Maintain adequate stock levels for top-notch customer service.
    • Give monthly input on stock orders with overseas suppliers.
    • Check stock composition regularly to prevent excess stock levels.
    • Ensure top-notch stock security.
    • Conduct regular stock takes for internal control measures.

    JOBS:

    • Properly document all jobs.
    • Meet agreed job turnaround times.
    • Ensure competitive pricing.
    • Provide feedback to Customers.

    LOGISTICS:

    • Maintain our fleet of vehicles.
    • Monitor drivers' activities and product deliveries closely.
    • Ensure timely product delivery via Couriers.
    • Oversee product transfers to branches.
    • Check and unpack received products promptly.

    ADMINISTRATION:

    • Ensure proper staff appointments and contracts.
    • Evaluate staff regularly and align goals.
    • Adhere to personnel policies and procedures.
    • Record and approve all purchases and expenses.
    • Maintain expenditure within budget limits.
    • Protect and maintain Company assets.
    • Prepare annual branch budgets.
    • Review monthly management results and take corrective actions.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 8 years experience in Branch Management.
    • Essential Automotive industry knowledge/experience.
