The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial, business, marketing, and people management for his/her branch.

Qualifications:

Matric. Sales and Marketing qualifications will be an advantage

Experience:

2 years proven track record in microfinance or banking. Minimum of two years of managerial experience

Knowledge and Skills:

2 years proven track record in microfinance or banking. Minimum of two years of managerial experience

Additional Requirements:

Financial Management:
Continuously manage and monitor branch performance

Business/Compliance Management:
Ensure that the sum of branch daily/monthly is 100% accurate and is balanced everyday Sales

Marketing Management:
Develop implement Sales and Marketing plans to improve branch performance

People Management:
Manage motivate and monitor branch personnel and their performance.
