Branch Manager Job Description

Join our team as a Branch Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and sales skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing operational efficiencies, and maintaining a healthy, profitable business.

Job Summary

Improve and implement the branch's sales strategy.
Accountable for the maintenance of the branch image and branch assets.
Continuously develop product knowledge and self-improvement for career advancement.
People Management: training, mentoring, coaching and management of staff within the branch.
Play an active role in maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Drive sales targets and manage operational efficiencies to maintain a healthy, profitable business.
Developed interpersonal and communication skills and driven to achieve high standards operationally and against bottom line targets.

Requirements

Senior certificate (Grade 12)
Years within a senior sales position within a technical company.
Valid driver's license with own vehicle.
Proven track record of leading a medium to large team (15 staff/head count reporting to this position).
Passionate about sales, and customer service, and have the ability to lead teams.
Person must have sense of responsibility and take ownership.
Technically inclined.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:00 - 17:00.
Saturdays: 8:00 - 13:00 (one Saturday off per month).
