Description

Our client is looking for a BRANCH MANAGER who will be responsible for the management and day-to-day functioning of the branch, regional sales, operations and Customer Service Delivery in accordance with local and global KPI's and as determined by management.

Duties include leadership and management of subordinate staff in the pursuit of new business development by strictly adhering to legal parameters and Company policies

Minimum requirements for position:

Matric
Min 5 years experience at a managerial level in warehousing and logistics
Minimum 5 years' experience managing pickers, packers, forklift drivers, warehouse staff, etc.
People Skills
Strong communications and negotiation skills
Ability to manage relationship with customers, suppliers, fellow employees, and management
Strong ability to resolve queries / problems efficiently and effectively
Teamwork orientated, proactive and meticulous
