Description

Our client in Sebenza is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle internal sales for existing and new clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED certificate
Prior internal sales experience
Computer literate with Excel and administration skills
Proven track record in internal sales
Technical knowledge in construction and mining processes (bonus)
Proficient in Excel and Word
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong prospecting abilities
Technical understanding of products
Ability to nurture relationships
Excellent people skills
Accurate data entry skills

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing orders, and enhancing customer communication
Identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer experience
Troubleshooting communication equipment issues
Improving quality standards and operational procedures
Contributing to department and organizational objectives
