I have more than 16 years experience working as an Administrator, currently specializing as a Pension Fund Administrator for Withdrawals claims. I can also do Data capturing and personal assistance. I am a fast learner, team player, can also work independently. 

I learned that I enjoy working with people when I was working on one of the death claims. I had an interview with the one family that had a dispute on one of the siblings, being a beneficiary only because they claimed not to have know him. The siblings shared the father (deceased) and not the mother. DNA test had to be conducted in order for the matter to be resolved and benefits were shared accordingly as the sibling in questio turned to be the rightful beneficiary.

I took training on Pension Fund Act, and got to learn more insight on Pension Fund Laws. This has assisted me personally in knowing how to plan my future and the importance of having to put all my financial plans in writing as this will help/guide my family when I am nomore. 

The training also helped me in terms of being able to guide members I interact with in giving advises on their Pension.
