    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design and plan WFM systemsoUnderstand the WFM blueprint and configure the system according to the customer's requirementsoDesign new business and system processesoDefine and guide customer on business processes and policiesoCreate Technical and Functional design documentsoConfigure the customer's rules within the setup of the system oFacilitate the population of the blueprint with mid-market clientsoConsult with and advise customers on best practice, industry standards and legislation complianceoSolution craft complex requirementsoScope and document advanced custom reporting requirementsoEngage with IT regarding any security related requirements
    • Integrate WFM system with customers systemsoIdentify which systems the WFM system needs to be integrated with from the blueprintoLiaise directly with customer's 3rd party vendors (e.g., payroll system, master data and HR) where necessary to for effective integrationoBuild interface based on blueprintoTest end to end integration success
    • Implement WFM system for customersoConfigure the system according to the blueprintoFacilitate user acceptance testing with clientsoDeploy the WFM system
    • Conduct Training for WFM customersoDevelop training material and slide decksoConduct end user training with client's end users and super usersoContinually develop own skills to improve training methods and product knowledgeoKeep skills updated by attending regular training on the UKG training portaloHand Hold end users and day to day operation teething problems
    • Project Closure and debriefoParticipate and contribute to project post-mortem meetings
    Provide after sales supportoProvide end to end system support to clients (on-site and remote)oAttend to assigned service calls promptly for optimum resolutionoUse the UKG global support system to log and resolve complex product issuesoProvide Help Desk support oProvide root cause analysis upon customer's requestCORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Constantly and proactively Learn about and understand the entire UKG product lineoReview the UKG Web Site on a weekly basis, use the tools available to enhance understanding of the products and identify new information relevant to UKGoUse the UKG On-line library as a source of technical informationoUse the Product Forums to log questions and receive responses from other Consultants and UKG Reps around the worldoStay abreast of changes that occur in UKG day-to-day businessoParticipate in Web Virtual Training / Webinars when availableoSolid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.oAbility to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.

    SKILLS:

    Educational Qualifications:
    Essential


    • Matric
    • UKG CertificationAdvantageous
    • Tertiary IT qualification (Certificate / Diploma / Degree)
    • HR qualification (Certificate / Diploma / Degree)
    • Microsoft certifications
    • Experience in 3-tier web-based technology and Java
    • SQL Reporting and Integration are an added advantageExperience
    • At least - 5 years' experience in system integration and networking
    • PC application software experience (MS Office Suite)
    • Time and Labour management system experience
    • Extensive experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments
    • Preparing functional and technical solution design documents and "Configuring" and delivering the solution to the customer
    • Experience with requirement gathering solution design and implementation
    • Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing and UAT
    • Microsoft operating systems and SQL database systems experience SkillsEssential
    • Knowledge of Mobile technology
    • Knowledge of Cloud computing
    • Knowledge of various browsers
    • Presentation Skills
    • Excellent customer relations skills
    • Soft skills associated with effective customer communications and account management
    • Ability to coordinate and organize multi-tasks to achieve training vision
