Having spent my life in hospitality, I am enthusiastic about curating guest experiences. Building and fixing operational departments by really making an impact on staff and clients is what I am known for in the industry. I am regarded as a bit of a whirlwind because I get things done! My proudest career moment was when I was voted as the best leader by the staff at ONOMO Hotel, and this speaks to my passion for making things work by starting with the people. I have made an impact at every company I have worked for by taking it from zero to hero – unrolling and implementing growth plans and building bases from which to operate me gives me massive fulfilment. 

I am looking for a role with multiple moving parts and massive engagement with staff and clients that allows the autonomy to be effective on the bottom line. I see myself thriving in a culture with leaders who buy into their vision and mission.
