Approximate rate: ZARR 150 per hour

Experience

  • HUMAN RESOURCES: Experience since October 2006 in Interviewing, Conducting references, headhunting of candidates in accordance with client’s specific requirements, CV creation, MIE, KROLL, CV submission, negotiation with clients for placement and final offer to successful candidate for the executive position.
  • High level communication with Human Resources managers to gain acceptance as a preferred supplier. 
  • Extensive dealings with troubleshooting and client retention for long term sustainability of contracts.
  • Background in career counselling with adults in professional settings, providing career choice guidance and best fit for companies to work for, in line with the executive’s education, personality, skills and culture fit.
  • 17 years’ experience in Business Development, cold calling, setting up meetings, providing presentations of recruitment service the company offers.
  • SALES: Working from leads and cold calls, identifying large corporates as a client preference and making over 500 sales calls and using social media advertising campaigns to market service offering to companies. Providing quotes of fee structures for executive placements to the Banking, Insurance, FMCG and Retail sectors in South Africa for national and multinational organisations.
  • Thoroughly familiar with techniques for generating new business in Information Technology recruitment, commercial and consumer markets.
  • Skilled at assessing clients’ needs and making effective sales presentations, often involving the company’s products and service details.
  • Have regularly exceeded sales quotas per annum in generating new business.
  • Responsibilities included selecting, training, motivating and supervising professionals in sales, services and other operations.
