    Description

    RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Agent/Contracts Manager to join our client's team in the construction industry. As a leading recruitment agency, RPO Recruitment is dedicated to finding the best candidates for our clients' needs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects, ensuring their successful completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional looking to make a significant impact in the construction industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
    • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
    • Manage contracts and negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Prepare and submit progress reports, including project updates, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
    • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil construction, with experience in both site management and contracts management roles.
    • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
