Description of role:


Site Agent required for an established Client who are in need of an additional Site Agent with firm Building Structures experience.


This role reports to a Contracts Manager and is responsible for all site based staff including General Foreman, Foreman, Site Engineers as well as subbies.


Education required:

Must have a National Diploma or National Higher Diploma Building OR B.Tech OR B.Sc Building


Essential Duties shall include:


  • Manage monthly labour payment schedules
  • Manage monthly subcontractors payment certificates
  • Manage material orders and balancing of stock sheets
  • Manage monthly valuation claims
  • Ensuring Extention of Time Claims EOT notices and claims are fully processed
  • Compiling monthly site progress reports for meetings
  • Doing quality control and ensuring work is of good quality and according to building standards
  • Interacting with consultants and ensuring work is according to their plans and specifications
