    Description
    • Review supplier invoices for correctness
    • Capturing of supplier invoices and calculating landed cost on the ERP system
    • Resolve all queries and variances in regards to supplier invoices
    • Reconcile supplier invoices to supplier statements
    • Timeously resolve differences between supplier statements and the ERP system
    • Process payments on the ERP system
    • Prepare reconciliations for review by management
    • Ensure payments to suppliers are made timeously
    • Liaise with vendors & internal departments
    • Liaise with Auditors
    • Request bank details from new vendors and update bank details on vendor maintenance
    • Follow up on goods return notes
    • Balance invoice listing to general ledger
    • Assist with month end procedures and address queries from management
    • Prepare monthly accrual journal.
    • Month end reconciliation to the general ledger
    • Prepare age analysis for review by management
    • Assist other members of the team with their ad hoc duties when required
