    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Remote IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. They will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.


    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • At least two years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work remotely
