I am a BA graduate majoring in Psychology and Sociology. I am cross-culturally mindful and a  humanitarian at heart, passionate about helping individuals in particular and people at large. I am a devotee to anything that positively contributes to my self-development. Job description: Advocating, communicating, counseling, and advising mentees by providing guidance, support, advice and feedback on interpersonal issues and sometimes business issues for mentees looking for business advice out of interest of establishing or improving their own businesses. 
For business mentees I help develop improvement strategies, make
recommendations, research and suggest SMME (Small, Micro and Macro 
Enterprises) training programs and offer advice and guidance.
Dealing with physical, relational and emotional issues by assisting mentees in developing realistic goals and life plans. I motivate them to make life-altering changes and guide them through the process. I track progress and communicate strategies to improve and overall wellbeing. I become a role model helping mentees develop effective decision - making skills for key problems.

Job Description: Providing emotional and academic support, scribing, reading, 
general classroom help and invigilating learners from grade 1-12 who struggle to learn in mainstream schools. (Elsen Academy caters specifically for children with learning challenges: ADHD/ADD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, etc)
