I have a background in the customer service environment.Most of my experience was obtained i well known companies.Ive managed to work face to face with clients,in call centres and am familiar (as you will see in my C.V) from back office as an Indexer,to Service consultant to Client relationship manager .Making my skill set very unique.I have helped in the absence of team leaders with call analysis,QA,daily remote,motivation and general Team Leader duties.I would be very appreciative of you would consider me in your list of candidates.I know the competition is tough.My my life and experience have taught me to be stronger.I believe I can fit in any environment I also pride myself in my people skills.Please view my resume and kindly let me know when would be a suitable time to talk about what value and experience I can bring into the position.

Education

I do online courses just to keep my mind active.However at the moment finances prevent me from pursuing formal studies.Once I am gainfully employed one of my first goals is to go back to school.
