    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our client's team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our recruitment services and build brand awareness.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote our recruitment services
    • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engine marketing)
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Create engaging content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms
    • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum return on investment
    • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
