Established in 2019, we have experienced rapid growth, boasting 16 full-time staff and 92 dedicated educators.

We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join us remotely based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Role Overview:_

Responsibility:_

• Work alongside the CEO, Director of Social Media, and Creative Director to execute our marketing strategy.
• Full ownership of social media story creation, ensuring engaging and compelling content is delivered to our audience.
• Assist with social media Reel production.
• Support the team by managing various marketing administrative tasks, such as content scheduling using the Sprout Social platform, DM management and paid boosting administration.
• Support the team by managing various competitor analysis tasks, with the view to generating a strategy to reuse the company's Meta content on TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Assist in the analysis and reporting of marketing campaigns, providing insights on performance, customer engagement, and ROI.
• Contribute to the overall brand awareness and engagement by actively participating in brainstorming sessions, sharing innovative ideas, and implementing creative marketing initiatives.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, ensuring our marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements:_

• Proven ability to create engaging social media stories and Reels, leveraging platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, as well as overseeing our launch on TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle various marketing administrative tasks efficiently.
• A dual creative/analytical mindset. There is a deep need for a creative flare, whilst also requiring an analytical mindset, comfortable utilizing data and metrics to evaluate marketing campaign performance and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate within a team environment.
• Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
• A passion for the parenting industry and a genuine interest in the educational needs of parents.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.

• Annual salary: 270,000 Rand.
