    Sales Administrator - Pretoria, South Africa - Full Circle Selection

    Description
    • Order taking from customers.
    • Track all orders from order placement to customer receipt.
    • Liaise with and build relationships with internal customer service to ensure that orders are processed efficiently.
    • Liaise with and build relationships with customers, communicating regularly to ensure that they are well informed of their order progress.
    • Enter orders on the accounting system as required, keeping the system up to date with all information.
    • Assist the Office Manager, Distribution Manager and Sales Development Managers in their duties as required and promote products where applicable.
    • Continually challenge the status quo to suggest improvements that will increase efficiency and service levels.
    • Have a Customer-Centric approach, identify and meet their needs and wants.
    • Office administration duties incl. answering of calls

    Requirements:

    • Academic background: Finance & Shipping background and strong Admin skills; Import/Export and SAP backgrounds will be considered as an asset;
    • 2 years of experience in finance or admin position (Import/export and sales experience in the chemical/plastics industry considered an asset).
    • Distribution, bookkeeping, logistics & shipping experience will be considered an asset
    • Skills: Computer Accounting software (Sage-Pastel / WebAccounting or similar), Excel, Word, Typing and SAP skills will be considered an asset;
    • Qualities: Trustworthy, Driven, Self-Motivated, Thorough, Structured, Sociable, Team player;
    • Fluent in English, Afrikaans will be considered as an asset.
    • Available Q12024;
    • Ready to work in LaMontagne, Pretoria east. Should the candidate reside nearby, this will be considered an asset.

    Working hours: 08:00 13:00 Mondays to Fridays, with flexi-time possibility after probation period.

    Remuneration: Market related base salary, + Profit participation scheme
