Description

We are looking for a Sales Administrator on a 3 month contract (maternity sand-in) in the Pretoria North area within the hospitality industry.


Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • Previous experience in sales administration or similar role
  • Previously worked in the hotel industry (advantageous)
  • Familiar with sales processes and procedures or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong administrative skills

Duties:


  • General administration of the Sales Department including filing, printing of menus, general assistance with admin tasks
  • Compiling guest feedback to communicate internally to various departments
  • Understand client offering and packages
  • Update databases and customer feedback
