Role Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Sales Administrator with 2+ years of experience to join our core Sales and Marketing team in South Africa.
Location:
As this is a remote role, we will consider applicants from all over South Africa as you will be comfortably set up to work from anywhere in the country.
However, in-office working is available to applicants as needed.Role Responsibilities and Functions:
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- Assist in obtaining salesrelated supporting documentation for prospects.
- Create a library of sales supporting documentation.
- Complete RFI and RFP documents.
- Maintain RFP collateral.
- Complete sales proposals.
- Be able to compile relevant PowerPoint presentations.
- Complete Sales Order forms, process orders, and do pricing approvals.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries of orders.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Assist presales representative in preparing demos, storyboards, etc.
- Managing CRM and relevant opportunity updates.
- Ensuring activity targets are achieved.
Job Requirements:
- A relevant degree or higher qualification in the related field is preferred.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in the sales environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills.
- Able to work productively and autonomously from a remote location.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate a proposition to a customer.
- Flexibility towards tasks.
- Good IT skills, including the use of a CRM system.
- Accurate and timely data entry skills.
- MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Sales experience (preferable).
