    Description
    We are an established import and distribution company operating for the past 20 years currently based in Springfield Park.

    Our business focuses on sourcing, manufacturing, importing and the distribution of various items across South Africa through our international branch.

    We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and logically orientated Quotations Analyst Assistant to join our dynamic team.

    Salary offer for this position is R15,000 per month with regular performance reviews.


    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 / National Senior Matric Certificate
    • Completely fluent in English
    • Clear ITC
    • Clear Criminal Record
    • Tertiary Education is advantageous
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Computer literate (Excel, Word and Outlook)
    • Minimum of 3 years Customer Service Experience
    • Wellhead experience required; service and/or manufacturing experience a plus
    • Commitment to excellence and high standards; excellent written and oral communications skills

    Qualities:

    • Well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Pro Active, Logical and Self-motivated
    • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
    • Professional, motivated, career oriented; team player is a must

    Duties:

    • Formulation, analysis and report of costing/ quotations
    • Coordinate and issue quotations for sales and customers
    • Manage documentation and files when proposals are revised
    • Work with Outside Sales on technical data that may be pertinent to quoting the correct product
    • Maintain quotations log
    • Provide follow up and service to current customers
    • Weekly review and analysis of sales teams' call recording
    • Checking and Evaluation of Sales teams' daily call reports and customer database
    • Gather, update and maintain all required administration and by reporting systems
    • Comply to policies and procedure
    • Comply to usage of company tools and applications provided
    • Portray professional image in line with Corporate identity
    • Any other tasks associated with the duties and responsibilities of a Quotations Analyst Assistant
