- Matric; Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing setting understanding the pressures of such environments
- ERP; WMS; Strong / Advanced Microsoft Packages Excel, Word & Outlook
- Experience with Enterprise 1 (E1) advantageous
- Able to create and work on (advanced) spreadsheets, data entry, create reports, codes, SOPs & BOMs
- Strong ERP & Excel Skills; basic knowledge of accounting
- Knowledge and experience in data entry
- Strong knowledge of skus, products; systems; codes; SOPs; BOMs, and production flow, cost and stock management knowledge
- Proficient with spreadsheets
- Fast typing ability eye for detail
- Efficient and accurate (data entry often requires finding an error deep embedded it is best to avoid this, hence accuracy)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player assist the team understand the purpose of this role and its fast changing environment
- Adaptability to track and control in fast changing environments and agility to have information ready at hand
- Self confident, strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and enable tracking of multiple processes, often at the same time
- Maintain private information, and company information at all times
- Always be able to see how the plans may be affected and seek to resolve, to stick the plan or communicate changes effectively to key players and management
- To perform administrative tasks and providing support to the business
- Provide high quality results with a quick turnaround
- Assist in planning production activities in order to meet future sale demand and coordinates with material supply in order to meet plan
- To capture all changes to production plan as and when changes occur
- To ensure all stakeholders are informed timeously
- To ensure inventory is in control and production ERP System remains live
- Gather and input data in database and verify accuracy of valuable company information
- Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections and check outputs
- Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
- Analyst and use data from ERP system and keep database up to date
- Efficiently capture information onto EPR systems
- Generate reports, store outputs in database and perform backups
- Scan and print files when requested
- Work with site operation leaders to ensure information captured on ERP system is correct

Production Admin Data Capturer Contract
Salary: Market Related
Purpose of Position:
Complement Recruitment are recruiting for Production Administrator and Operations Data Capturer on a fixed term contract, based in Pinetown, Durban, Kwazulu Natal. The purpose of this role is to provide support on an admin level, as well as operational and production processes and systems, generating reports, codes, SKUs, BOM; and such for production flow. You are responsible for the smooth running of these duties and must be able to adapt to change, and pressure as is in the manufacturing sectors. Advanced Excel, and prior experience on spreadsheets is essential.
