I have been a trusted employee at Ignition Group for the past +7 years, I have been tasked with my many projects in my time at the business, some include, machine testing, reporting for Senior Management and Revenue Generation. 

I have the ability to take any situation and convert it to the best possible situation. I am Key Team Player, I work well in a team and on our own. 

As a system manager in the quality space, my role is to ensure that all
applications and systems meet the need of all internal/external bodies. I also am
responsible for maximizing the utilization of the Speech Analytics solution to drive
meaningful intelligence, actionable insights, and quantifiable improvement into
the business.
My responsibilities also include generating revenue for the business based indepth
analysis using speech analytics and or recreating internal application to
substitute manual work/3rd party systems.
My duties as a revenue manager includes analyzing data to determine which
products or services are most profitable and offering suggestions for
improvement to increase sales, creating reports about current sales, potential
growth areas, or opportunities for improvement within the company

My duties as an Administration Manager, this role involved creating
business unit reports for senior management, Reporting quality breaches to the
business daily.
