I’m Mrs Patricia Zanele Zwane, a mature female very humbly, dedicated and trustworthy individual
I am in a possession of Matric certificate, Advance Computer Literacy obtained at University of KwaZulu Natal in 2004 and BA Degree majored with Public Management and Administration. I have successfully completed the following programmes, MS Word, MS Excel, Ms outlook, Power Point, MS Office, MS Publisher and email usage.
I have relevant qualification with sufficient experience in administration, reception and secretarial duties obtained while I was working from educational institution as an Admin Clerk handling administration duty i.e., taking calls and direct them to relevant department, take messages and deliver them accurately, greet and welcome visitors, ensure that reception area is always neat and welcoming, manage filing system, typing of correspondences and memos, meeting arrangements, travelling arrangements, minutes taking, handle requisitions, prepare agendas, compiling reports, handle the use of stationary and petty cash, photocopying, laminating, scanning, printing and handle filing system. Assist in events co-ordination, welcoming visitors and direct them to relevant departments, manage notice boards, co-ordinate daily, weekly and monthly activities, update reports.

I am in a possession of good communication skills both written and verbal, good organising and presentation skills. I have ability to meet required deadlines, be able to work under a pressurised environment. I am a good team player and easily adapt to any changes in an environment. I am available immediately and can accept any offer that is reasonable and realistic.
Experience
I have more than ten years experience in Administration obtained while I was working as an Administrator. I have also worked as Senior Admin Clerk working very closed to the CEO managing his diary.
Education
I am in a possession of Matric, Computer literacy certificate, B A Degree in Social Science majored with Public Management and Administration, and Political Science, Facilitation Certificate.
