    Description

    • Source and market high-quality candidates through various job portals
    • Identify suitable candidates for open positions
    • Work with client-provided job specifications
    • Develop new business relationships with clients in need of recruitment services
    • Manage client communications, including interview scheduling and offer negotiations
    • Utilize marketing strategies, such as advertising on LinkedIn
    • Update and maintain various platforms and software to streamline processes and track tasks

    Requirements

    • Completed Degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable University in a relevant field
    • Proficient computer literacy, with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong team player
    • Goal-oriented and deadline-driven
