About the role:


What we look for in Recruitment Consultants:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working within the Recruitment industry
  • Proven business development skills, recruiting, account development and account management
  • Selfconfident, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic
  • Selfmotivated and strong resilience
  • Possess a positive and professional attitude
  • Goalfocused and keen to progress both your knowledge and career
  • Passionate about developing yourself.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a professional and driven sales role
  • Attention to detail is critical

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops a strong network of talent
  • Serves clients, identifies their needs and provides feedback on the success of filling jobs
  • Advises clients on a suitable recruitment strategy advertising/search etc
  • Develops and manages client relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Proactively and consistently strives to identify and obtain new business opportunities
  • Meets sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan
  • Sources suitable vacancies in line with company policies Establishes and agrees on terms and conditions of service
