About the role:

What we look for in Recruitment Consultants:

A minimum of 2 years of experience working within the Recruitment industry
Proven business development skills, recruiting, account development and account management
Selfconfident, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic
Selfmotivated and strong resilience
Possess a positive and professional attitude
Goalfocused and keen to progress both your knowledge and career
Passionate about developing yourself.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in a professional and driven sales role
Attention to detail is critical

Key Responsibilities

Develops a strong network of talent
Serves clients, identifies their needs and provides feedback on the success of filling jobs
Advises clients on a suitable recruitment strategy advertising/search etc
Develops and manages client relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
Proactively and consistently strives to identify and obtain new business opportunities
Meets sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan
Sources suitable vacancies in line with company policies Establishes and agrees on terms and conditions of service
