Our client, an established national concern based in Cape Town's Foreshore, needs you TODAY to join their team as their Receptionist

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Permanent role

SALARY:
Experience Dependent

START DATE:
1 September 2018

DUTIES:
Manage Switchboard
Reception duties such as emailing, taking messages, assisting visitors etc.
Manage attendance register
Admin related functions
General ad hoc duties

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
A National Senior Certificate
Previous experience in the recruitment industry
A clear credit and criminal record
Solid time management skills and must be punctual
A minimum of 2 years' experience
An excellent command of Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written)
A professional attitude and appearance
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office
