About Charmian Smith:

I am a 32 year old beauty therapist. I've been in the industry for 12 years. I have worked on a wild life reserve, worked in hotel and spa as well as smaller salon, learning as much as I possibly can in this ever growing industry , I opened a day spa 7 years ago and now have a partner running the day to day. 

Experience

I have worked as a beauty therapist, a nail tech, front of house coordinator , receptionist, senior therapist and manager. In the last 7 years I have taken  on the roll as CEO of the business I founded. 

Education

I studies cosmetology at Aim Academy and have an international qualification for nail technology. I have done online business courses, covering management and finance.
