- Answering telephones, managing appointments for doctors and other receptionist duties when required
- Liaising with patients, doctors, hospitals, and about clinical matters as needed
- Receipting/taking payments from patients
- Compiling Day Sheets
- Compiling Theatre Lists
- Reading and responding to correspondence and emails daily
- Billing and receipting electronically for patients who pay in the rooms
- Liaising with medical aids on all matters related to the Practice
- Motivations for PMB claims and other related correspondence/documentation
- Electronic Filing of all necessary documentation
- Strong Computer literacy
- Can work under pressure and take initiative and multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendly positive attitude, well-spoken presentable
- Strong communication skills
- Strong and supportive team player
